Short version: we use the minimum information needed to provide and secure the game. We do not sell personal data and currently use no advertising or non-essential analytics cookies.
Controller and contact
The service is operated under the name Legacy Future. Privacy and data-rights requests use the address stated on the contact page. The operator's complete legal identification will be displayed before general public registration opens.
Data processed
- Account data: email address, account identifier, password hash and recovery/security information.
- Technical and security data: IP address, timestamps, authentication attempts, device/client information made available by the protocol and server logs.
- Game data: characters, inventory, progression, transactions, sanctions and interactions required to operate the world.
- Messages sent to staff and content deliberately published through game/community features.
Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the requested account and game service and enforcing its rules.
- Protecting players, preventing abuse, investigating incidents and maintaining service integrity.
- Meeting applicable legal obligations and handling valid claims.
Hosting and recipients
The service is hosted by Hetzner in the European Union. Data is available only to authorised administration, infrastructure providers acting under their applicable terms, and authorities when legally required. No sale of personal data is performed.
Retention and backups
Account and game data are retained while the account exists and as reasonably necessary for security, disputes and rule enforcement. Operational backups rotate after 14 days. Some records may be retained longer where required to establish or defend legal claims. A deletion request does not require deletion of genuinely anonymised data.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request.
Age
Public registration is intended for people aged 16 or older. A younger player must not register without permission and supervision from their parent or legal guardian.
Cookies
The website currently uses only session/security cookies needed for login and requested features. If optional analytics, advertising or tracking is introduced, it will remain disabled until an appropriate choice is offered.
