1. Service
Legacy Future is an independently operated, fan-made online role-playing server. It is not an official Tibia service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CipSoft GmbH.
2. Test status
The project is under active development. Features, balance, maps and characters may change. Maintenance, resets or rollbacks may be necessary. Planned disruptive changes will be announced when reasonably possible.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate contact information, keep credentials confidential and notify administration of suspected compromise. One person must not access another account without clear permission. Access may be restricted under the published rules.
4. Virtual content
Characters, items and currencies are service data, not cash or property redeemable from the operator. The current test service offers no paid products. Payments must not be enabled without separate consumer terms, refund handling and a legal review.
5. Availability and responsibility
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Changes and termination
Material changes will be dated and announced before taking effect where practical. A player may stop using the service and request account deletion subject to the privacy notice and legitimate retention requirements.
